Our work starts the moment you send us your answers. Before that, you can change your mind for any reason. After that, we’re already building — and if we’re late, the choice is yours.
Questionnaire-based products
This section covers The Clear View, The Clear View + Call, Your Blueprint, and Your Big Picture — everything bought at checkout and built from a questionnaire.
Before you submit your questionnaire: you can have a full refund, on request, at any time. No reason needed. Ask through the contact form and we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method.
After you submit your questionnaire: no refund unless we miss the delivery window below. Your answers are what we build from, so work begins when you submit them. If you’re not sure you’re ready, hold off on submitting. There’s no clock on it.
If delivery runs late
The Clear View, The Clear View + Call written review, and Your Blueprint are delivered within 2–3 business days after you submit your completed questionnaire. Your Big Picture is delivered within 2–3 business days after your strategy call. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
If we miss that window, you choose: a full refund, or to wait for the work. Tell us which through the contact form. Either way, we’ll honour it without argument.
The strategy call
For The Clear View + Call, the 30-minute call is scheduled after your review is delivered, so you’re talking about something you’ve already read. Any credit toward a larger engagement follows the credit terms shown at purchase, within 60 days.
Engagements by statement of work
The Clarity Audit, the Foundation Build, and the Full Framework are agreed in a written statement of work. Refunds, cancellation, and what happens to fees already paid are set out there, and the statement of work governs.
How to ask
Write to us through the contact form and tell us which purchase it is. You don’t need to explain why. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor. Once issued, they usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
