For Chairs

Chair Magnet

The recruiting engine, built and run for you.

Adding seats at your table — without the part of the job you like least.

Discuss Your Recruiting Needs

Most Chairs are always looking for the next member. Almost none of them say they enjoy that part.

You built a practice around running the room — the questions, the challenge, the judgment people pay you to bring. Recruiting is the tax on that work. It sits on the calendar, it gets moved, and it quietly decides how big your group is anyway. Chair Magnet is where we take it off your desk.

The engine, before the first message goes out

Nothing is sent until the whole system is standing. That order matters — outreach built on positioning that hasn’t been worked out is just volume.

Your positioning, rebuilt

How you read to a CEO who has never met you — your profile, your language, the reason someone should sit in your room rather than another one. This is the part most Chairs have never had a reason to write down.

A target list, built by hand

150 or more CEOs in your market, researched individually rather than pulled from a database. We look at who they are and whether your group is genuinely the right room for them.

The outreach system

The sequence, the follow-up, the timing, and the tracking — assembled and tested as one system, so the first message goes out into something that already works.

Built is not the same as running

An outreach system that nobody works is a document. Every month we run the outreach, manage the pipeline, and handle the follow-up — the messages that go out, the replies that come back, and the steady, unglamorous chasing that most of this actually is.

You stay the person in the room. We stay on the outreach.

What we will not do is promise you a number. Anyone who tells you exactly how many members a campaign will produce is guessing, and you have been in enough rooms to know it.

What we will tell you is what went out, what came back, and what we are changing because of it — every month, in plain language.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from The Chair's Edge?

The Chair's Edge is a complimentary Clear View for you — a brand review of your own practice, so you know what you're recommending before your members buy it. Chair Magnet is a separate, paid engagement where we build and run member recruiting for you. They're independent. You can take one, both, or neither.

What does Chair Magnet cost?

There's a one-time build and then a monthly to run it. Send an inquiry about your group and recruiting goals. We will share pricing and scope by email before you decide.

How much of my time does this take?

The build needs a few hours from you up front — mostly conversation, so we get your positioning and your ideal member right. You help confirm the target-member criteria and outreach direction, provide feedback, and take over prospective-member conversations when there is interest. We manage the outreach and follow-up; you assess membership fit. We agree the handoff and review rhythm with you before launch.

Do you contact my existing members?

No. Chair Magnet is outreach to prospective members only. Your existing group is yours, and we don't touch it.

Is this only for Vistage Chairs?

No. It's built for peer advisory leaders generally — Vistage Chairs, TAB facilitators, and independent group leaders running the same kind of room.

Tell Us About Your Group

Send a written inquiry about your group, recruiting goals, and how you like to work. We will reply by email with next steps.
