Terms of Service

The terms, in plain English.

Effective 1 September 2026

These terms cover everything you buy from Darice Strategies, LLC — from a Clear View to a full engagement. When you make a purchase or sign a statement of work, you’re agreeing to them. They’re written to be read.

What you’re buying

We sell strategy work. Some of it is bought at checkout; some of it is agreed by conversation.

For questionnaire-based products, the questionnaire opens after you pay. Your answers are what we build from, so nothing starts until you submit them.

Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown on this site at the moment you buy. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Delivery and turnaround

Questionnaire-based products are delivered within 2–3 business days of your questionnaire submission. Where a product includes a strategy call before delivery, the 2–3 business days run from that call. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Your work is delivered as a styled document or a private portal, to the email address you gave at checkout. If delivery misses the window, you may choose a full refund or to wait — see the refund policy.

Engagements by statement of work are delivered on the timeline the statement of work sets out.

Your review credit

The site describes how a Clear View or Your Blueprint purchase can be credited toward a larger engagement within 60 days. Those are the terms that apply — the credit terms shown at purchase govern, and we won’t restate them here in case the two ever drift apart.

Refunds

Refunds have their own page, and it’s short: read the refund policy. The one-line version is that you can have a full refund any time before your questionnaire is submitted, and the work begins the moment it is.

Who owns the work

The deliverables are yours. Once you’ve paid, the review, blueprint, portal, or engagement deliverables we make for you belong to you. Use them in your business however you like.

The methods stay ours. Darice Strategies keeps ownership of its methods, frameworks, templates, and the Clear View format itself — the structure that every review is built on. We may reuse that structure, and anonymised patterns drawn from our work, in future work and in how we describe what we do. We will never reuse your specifics or anything that identifies you.

No resale or white-labelling. You can’t sell, license, or repackage our deliverables as your own product or service, or present them as work you or another firm produced. If you’d like to use our work in a way this rules out, ask — we’re easy to reach.

What the work is — and isn’t

Everything we deliver is advice. It’s our expert read of your brand, your positioning, or your options, and the moves we believe are right for you. What happens next depends on what you do with it, on your market, and on a great deal we can’t control.

So we don’t guarantee business outcomes — not revenue, not leads, not rankings, not a job offer. We do guarantee that the work is careful, specific to you, and delivered when we said it would be.

Your words, your say

We only use a client’s words in a testimonial with written consent, and only the exact excerpt you approve. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and we’ll remove the quote from anything we still control.

Our responsibility to you

We stand behind our work. Our responsibility is also bounded, because the work is advice and you decide how to act on it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Darice Strategies’ total liability to you for any claim connected with a purchase or engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that purchase or engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, however they arise.

Nothing in these terms limits any right the law says can’t be limited.

Governing law

These terms, and any purchase or engagement made under them, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by talking it through is brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and both of us agree to that venue.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, the new version goes up on this page with a new effective date. A purchase is governed by the terms in force on the day you made it.
